Membership Application
Membership in GroundWork group provides all kinds of opportunities! Join today by following these simple
instructions:
- Have the following items handy before you start the membership application process:
- your organization's mission statement, year founded and website address (if you have a website)
- contact information for your CEO/Executive Director
- approximate number of total employees (include full time, part time and seasonal
- approximate size of annual operating budget
- approximate number of computers in use today
- your IRS determination letter indicating you are a charitable, tax exempt nonprofit organization (if you have
this in a format that can be emailed, great! If not, plan to mail it to us through the US Mail.)
- if you would like to pay online also have your credit card ready.
- Follow these easy steps:
A. Review our Membership Agreement and download a version for your files.
You must read and agree to this before you can become a member of GroundWork group.
B. Complete the membership form
C. Pay the membership fee online and submit your IRS determination letter by email or mail both them to us
through the US Mail.
- After you submit your materials and while you are waiting to hear back from us, please identify a person in
your organization to serve as the GroundWork group liaison. GroundWork group will communicate with this person
regarding your organization's logon information and organizational profile. This person will also distribute
logon information to your staff (your organization will have one logon name and one password. The password
will change periodically at your request or at our initiation.)
- GroundWork group personnel will contact you within two business days after we receive your application to
provide you with your site logon and password information and to complete your organizational profile.
